No gym No problem!

You ever find yourself in a place where you can’t make it to the gym, yoga, or boot camp, you barely have time to sit down and eat?? Trust me this has been my life for the past few weeks. Once I get home, I immediately want to roll a J, get a snack and relax. 😴 My barbell is a total afterthought.

We should not allow a busy schedule or no access to a workout facility stop us from getting in a bit of exercise. We all know it is in our best interest. My go to place for at home workouts is YouTube. You can pull up a 10 min or 60 min workouts depending on your needs and schedule. I usually combine a 20-30 minute kettlebell circuit video with a 10-15 min yoga video. My usual #Powerlifting routine runs me about 2.5 hrs so exercising at home saves me so much time if I’m in a crunch. Below are a few of my favorite YouTube fitness gurus to try at home.
