I posted this gem on IG earlier this week so here is the full recipe! These brownies are definitely lit and tasty according to my friends.

Ingredients

1/2 cup melted cannabutter

1 cup coconut sugar or brown sigar

1 tsp bourbon vanilla

2 lrg eggs

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1/2 tsp pink himalayan sea salt

1 shaved or chopped dark chocolate bar

1/2 cup gluten free pancake mix

Organic Preserves (optional)

Directions

Mix together egg, vanilla, cannabutter and sugar until well combined. Stir in cocoa, pancake mix, chocolate and remaining ingredients. Batter should be thick, if desired add a bit of any kind of milk to thin but I did not. Scoop in cupcake liners, swirl in preserves, I used blueberry. Bake for 12-15 mins until a knife or toothpick comes out mostly clean. Enjoy!!

Note: Brownies are fairly strong so eat a small bit at a time or prepare for a nap!! 😂😴
